Return and Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from Kitups, you can return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

To start a return, please contact our support team at help@kitups.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be in unused condition, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after your returned items are received and approved.
